"Happier, Healthier, and Active - Finally. I visited several senior living places and had always been attracted to Heisinger. For me, their main strengths are: faith-based, lifetime care available, and excellent staff of leadership and extended services. Being here, I am happier, healthier, and (by choice) active in many opportunities."

Independent Living Resident

"Six Years Later, Still the Best Decision We Made. We moved into Independent Living six years ago and are very happy and glad we did. The staff is excellent and most attentive. The facilities are great. And the activities are many and varied to fit anyone's interests."

"This Is Home—With a View of the River. We wanted to remain within the city limits with our apartment facing a view of the river. Heisinger Bluffs has a wonderful, courteous staff, always available to tend to any needs that may arise. We are one large family with a very friendly atmosphere. The community is clean, good food, and offers many varied activities and entertainment. You can be as busy as you choose to be or just relax. I am happy living at Heisinger Bluffs as my new home. All my needs are fulfilled."

My Dad Can't Stop Singing Their Praises

"The new ownership has really changed this facility. It created an amazing culture among the staff which of course spreads to the residents. My dad cannot stop singing the praises of this facility. He went in for Assisted Living but soon after needed more care and transitioned to the Nursing Facility. They take such good care of him!"

Help at the Touch of a Button - and They Actually Come

"My wife broke her hip and was cared for very well. Aides and food servers were very kind to her and everyone. Her room was clean and help was at the touch of a button. After 16 days of full-time visits, I can't say thank you enough to staff. The building was clean and well kept. The aides are hard working and kind."

I'll End Up There Someday—I'm Sure of It

"Heisinger Bluffs covers all three: a retirement home, assisted living, and nursing home. They're like apartments—they have their own stove, microwave, and shared laundry. There's always somebody coming in. I have a friend who plays the guitar and drums with his buddies, they have bingo, and social things going on. They have a beauty salon, a book exchange, and a puzzle exchange. The food is far superior. The staff is the greatest—they really care for the residents. For those that don't need assistance, they still check on a regular basis, and they call them by name, whichever the resident prefers. I will end up there someday I'm sure."

A Gem Among Missouri Long-Term Care Facilities

"As a local elder law attorney, I visit a lot of long-term care facilities throughout the State of Missouri. Heisinger Bluffs is a gem. Their facility is very clean and the residents appeared very happy and engaged in their community rather than congregated around the nurse's station like I see at so many facilities. I have also had the pleasure of eating there and the food is wonderful. There are so many little things that distinguish Heisinger Bluffs from the rest of the pack. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch long-term care environment."

"I toured Heisinger Bluffs yesterday. It is a very clean home with lots of amenities. Very friendly staff and helpful also. The apartments are very spacious and have everything a person needs. This includes a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. They have a very nice library, game rooms, movie theater, and 2 places to eat plus a bistro."

Upbeat, Positive, and Helpful

"Haley was great at answering our questions and showing us areas of interest even though she had given my step brother and sister a tour earlier in the day. She was upbeat and positive."
